How does this website work?
There are two parts to this website: An informative section that gives you as much information as it can about our services, our location, our processes, and anything else you may want to know about us. The next part is our online store. Although it has a different look than our main website, you are still buying products and services from us. Only in our online store can you buy products and services from us.
How do I purchase a service and send in my order if I live far away?
Click here to see a detailed explanation of how to send in your order. Basically you find what you need done, purchase it in our online store, get an e-mail with a receipt and shipping slip, and then send us your order with a copy of the receipt. It’s pretty much that easy. We like to make things as pain free for both us and our customers!
What is your guarantee policy?
We guarantee our services will be 100% satisfaction to our customers. If you are not satisfied we will get your concern and make your order right. If we cannot resolve the issue we will give you a complete refund and you can keep your order. However, because the way a garment was manufactured can affect the way it cleans, we will not be held liable for any claims. Your garments are sent to us at your own risk. However, we are trained to spot potential hazards and will our very best to prevent any adverse effects to your leather and suede garments.
Do you also sell shoe care and leather care products
Yes! Simply click on the “Leather Care Products” tab above and you’ll be re-routed to our online store where you’ll find a variety of shoe care and leather care products.
If I’m getting a service done through your website, can I also purchase products at the same time and receive them with my order?
Yes. Simply order the services you want and the products you want to purchase. When you receive an e-mail from us print out the receipt and include it with your order. We will know you are sending an order to be worked on and when we ship it back we will include any products you may have purchased.
Do I need to send in my shoes or leather first before I get an exact price?
Generally speaking no. We have come up with metrics to help us get an accurate price for our services. If you’re ordering a service make sure you mark the sizes and any additional work you want done to it. The price you get at checkout is the price you will pay. The only exception is a notice that the price is a call in only. At that point you will have to call us for a price.
What if I send in my order and it can’t be done, will I be billed for shipping?
No. However, if your item seems to be particularly tricky please give us a call first. But if you send us an order and we cannot process the order for whatever reason we will ship you your order at no cost to you.
